The Guidance and Counseling Office presents Mental Health Awareness Week from February 24-28, 2026. Week-long activities include Mental Health Seminars and Workshops, Stress Management Sessions, Yoga and Meditation Classes, Art Therapy Activities, Free Mental Health Screening, and Consultation with Professional Counselors. All activities are free and open to all students, faculty, and staff. Let's work together to promote a mentally healthy campus community.
